These Website Terms of Use apply to your use of scuderia-autoart.com (the “website”), operated by Scuderia Autoart Pty Ltd (ABN 98 603 318 154) (“Scuderia Autoart”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Purchases made through the website are also governed by our Terms and Conditions of Sale, and our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
2. Using the website
You may use the website to browse products, check fitment, request quotes and place orders for your personal use or, if you are a Dealer or Trade Customer, for your business.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
We may suspend or restrict access to the website or to any account at any time, including for maintenance or where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
3. Product information, pricing and availability
We try to keep product descriptions, specifications, prices and stock levels accurate and current. However, product images are a representation only, manufacturers change specifications and pricing, and stock shown online may have sold in store.
Errors in pricing or product details are handled under clause 3 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
4. Fitment tools and technical information
Vehicle fitment lookups, compatibility notes and technical information on the website are a guide only, based on manufacturer data. Vehicle variants, build dates, option packs and existing modifications can change which part is correct.
If you order through the website without asking us to confirm fitment, it is your responsibility to confirm the part suits your exact vehicle (see clause 5 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale). If you are unsure, contact us with your VIN before ordering and we will check it for you.
5. Online orders
An order placed through the website is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we accept your Order, as set out in clause 3 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale. Deposits, payment, delivery, returns and warranties are governed by those terms.
6. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, layout, graphics, photography and software, are owned by or licensed to Scuderia Autoart and are protected by copyright and other laws.
Brand names, logos and trade marks shown on the website, including KW, ST and Akrapovič, belong to their respective owners and are used with permission or to identify genuine products.
You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish or distribute website content without our written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the website for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms;
- scrape, data-mine, or use automated tools to copy product data, pricing or fitment information;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or connected systems, or interfere with how it operates;
- upload viruses or other malicious code; or
- impersonate any person or give false information when ordering or creating an account.
8. Reviews and user content
If you post reviews, photos or other content, it must be genuine, accurate, lawful and not misleading, and you must have the right to share it. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with our business.
