The ST DZX+ is a bolt-through wheel spacer system with a polyamide adapter ring and an additional centring sleeve that extends the wheel hub centring. It is used on cars with construction-related wheel centring issues: the wheel is no longer centred on the spacer, so wider spacer widths can be used.
