This GiroDisc rear rotor is a two-piece floating rotor for the Mercedes C63 (W204), a direct replacement for the OE disc that bolts straight on and works with the OE calipers. It keeps the factory brake bias and ABS efficiency.

- Hat machined from U.S. sourced 6061-T6 aircraft specification aluminium
- Rotor ring cast in GiroDisc's proprietary iron, poured in the USA and machined in house
- 48 curved directional vanes, developed in racing, to pump cooling air through the disc
- Floating mount with 8 or 10 high strength alloy steel drive pins, cadmium plated, secured by grade 12 cap screws with hardened washers and anti-noise spring washers
- Only the cast iron rotor ring needs replacing once the hat is fitted
