The CSF Race X Charge Air Cooler Manifold for the BMW Gen 2 B58 is a motorsport product built from TIG-welded billet aluminium. Choose between raw, Thermal Black Cerakote or a custom finish.

Important Racing product requiring installation by a skilled technician familiar with the B58 platform. Not compatible with B58N (B58TU2 / B58B30M2) engines. 48V mild-hybrid models need an additional 8200S spacer, sold separately, plus shaving of the cylinder-head casting humps and alternator. The six port-injection block-off bungs are not included and are sold separately. The manifold cannot be anodised.

The CSF #8400 will NOT fit the B58N (B58TU2 / B58B30M2). The B58N uses the BMW 11-61-7-952-861 Charge-Air-Cooler Manifold which is not interchangeable with the OE 11-61-8-647-977 or CSF #8400.

Mild Hybrid Models (48V systems) will require modifications to the alternator.

CSF assumes that all users of this specific manifold will be running port injection. Because of this, the (qty. 6) port injection block-off bungs that come with the standard CSF 8200 / 8300 manifolds are not included in this kit.

Mild Hybrid Models (48V systems) will require significant modifications to install. This includes an additional 8200S spacer (sold separately), shaving down the humps in the casting on the cylinder head, and shaving down the alternator.
