Description

The CSF Charge Air Cooler Manifold for the BMW Gen 1 B58 combines an air-to-water intercooler with a TIG-welded billet aluminium manifold. Use the dropdown to choose the finish (Raw Billet, Thermal Dispersion Black or Custom Finish).

Key Features

  • Bar-and-plate core with 12 water-cooling rows, compared with six in the OEM core
  • Integrated inlet air divider and a recessed section for spin-off oil filter access without removing the manifold
  • Included AN-8 fuel rail for top-feed port injection and six injector hats for short injectors
  • Individual 1/8" NPT ports on each runner for nitrous or methanol, plus a sensor pad with three NPT ports
  • Raw option has a raw billet aluminium finish; Black option has a Thermal Dispersion Black Cerakote finish
  • Included KIYLEX thermal rejection spacer, installation hardware and illustrated instructions
Note The OEM BMW bleeding procedure must be followed after installation. The manifold cannot be anodised.
