Description

The CSF Seven Piece Cooling Package is the largest of CSF's complete cooling packages for the Toyota GR Supra (A90/A91) and BMW G-Series. The packages are designed for racers who want to avoid cool-down laps and limp mode.

The CSF A90 Supra / BMW G-Series High-Performance Heat Exchanger with Rock Guard is designed for the liquid-cooled charge air cooling system and features a smooth satin finish.

Its tank design allows the two-row B-Tube core to fit within the OEM cooling system housing. The heat exchanger is designed to reduce intake air temperatures and improve heat soak recovery, particularly on vehicles with upgraded turbos or performance tuning software.

The CSF A90 Supra / BMW G-Series High-Performance Auxiliary Radiator features a thermal black protective coating and a drop-in design requiring no installation modifications.

The detachable aluminium rock guard is designed to allow airflow to the radiator core while protecting it from small rocks and road debris. CNC-machined mounting brackets and OEM-style quick-connect inlet and outlet connections support straightforward installation.

Sold individually; the radiator fits either the left or right side of the vehicle. Applications cover turbocharged 3.0L six-cylinder Toyota GR Supra and BMW G-Series variants, plus BMW G29 Z4 applications with turbocharged 2.0L four-cylinder or 3.0L six-cylinder engines.

The CSF transmission cooler replaces the OEM unit on the Toyota GR Supra (A90/A91) and BMW M340i/M440i (G2X), M240i (G42) and Z4 M40i (G29). Its dual core has 240% more volume and 130% more fluid capacity than the OEM single core (550 ml vs 240 ml).

The CSF B58 Thermal Rejection Competition Spacer is designed for the CSF B58 Super Manifold. It acts as a thermal barrier between the cylinder head and intake manifold, insulating the manifold from conductive heat transfer.

Key Features

Made from KIYLEX, a patented high-performance final-stage polymer
Withstands temperatures up to 1100°F and is as strong as aluminium
Self-sealing, with no gaskets, silicon products or sealing agents required
Tested on an A90 Supra by Visconti Tuning
