Direct, no-modification replacement; the integrated frame means a separate frame or cradle is not required.
BMW OEM auxiliary radiators 17-11-7-628-057 and 17-11-7-600-697 can also be replaced with the correct mounting brackets. Upper brackets are common to all three radiator versions. The lower brackets for BMW 17-11-8-625-447 are 1 lower-left bracket, BMW 51-74-7-389-931, and 1 lower-right bracket, BMW 51-74-7-389-932.
Note Sold individually. Most applications use 2 auxiliary radiators, and the radiator fits either the left or right side. The F87 M2 (N55) requires only 1, mounted on the left-hand side; the right-hand side uses a CSF Race-Spec Engine Oil Cooler. It does not fit the F87 M2 Competition, which uses S55 auxiliary radiators, CSF 8258. The F3X and F2X applications require verification of the original radiator: some F3X 340i/440i and F2X M240i/M140i trim levels have no factory auxiliary radiators, so a VIN check is required to confirm the original equipment and number of coolers before ordering. Models with the M Sport Package and M Sport Brakes should have BMW 17-11-8-625-447, but dealership VIN verification is still required. Vehicles not originally equipped with BMW 17-11-8-625-447 may require minor air-duct trimming.
