Belltech's 6418 Hanger Kit delivers a 2" drop on the 1997-2003 Ford F-150 2WD/4WD (all cabs), 1997-2003 F-150 Harley-Davidson and 1999-2004 F-150 Lightning using replacement front leaf spring hangers. It lowers the truck while keeping the factory leaf springs.
