Description

As Gen 1 Gallardos have aged, so have their OEM catalytic converters. Many owners are concerned about possible core degradation and catalyst ingestion but do not want to risk tuning the Campi ECU. VelocityAP's high-flow sport catalysts use a metal matrix for extreme durability and high flow, with Euro6 precious-metals loading to ensure catalyst efficiency over a long period. They also use the same heat-treated cores that VelocityAP employs in McLaren, JLR Supercharged and Porsche Turbo applications under extreme stress.

The 2004-2008 cars are renowned for their higher-pitched sound compared with the 2009-on LP Series. VelocityAP's cat-delete setup provides maximum performance and maximum weight reduction. Pairing it with VelocityAP's X-pipe race exhaust accentuates high-pitched tones for an exotic sound.

No ECU tuning is required, and the system will not trigger P0420/P0430 catalyst-efficiency codes.
