Description

VelocityAP has developed a world-first high-performance camshaft solution for the AJ133 Supercharged platform. As the brand has continued to push this drivetrain's performance envelope, moving air into and out of the engine has become increasingly challenging. While the stock camshafts allow sufficient airflow for a stock vehicle, they begin to create a major bottleneck once power exceeds 700BHP. VelocityAP worked with its supplier to select ramp angles, lift and duration that retain a smooth idle, maintain uncompromised driveability and work safely with the OEM valve springs while massively increasing exhaust flow under high load and boost.

Peak gains were substantial, while the dyno graphs also demonstrate impressive gains under the curve throughout the RPM band. Torque gains are maintained through the mid-range and top end, where the stock camshafts drop away.

VelocityAP ECU tuning is required.

Note Performance results were achieved in combination with VelocityAP's 2300 upgrade kit.
