The Akrapovic Evolution Line (Titanium) for the Audi RS 6 Avant, RS 7 Sportback, RS 6 Performance, RS 7 Performance and RS 6 GT (C8) has one central and two side mufflers and a titanium collector. Stainless steel link pipes are larger than stock, with custom-made flex tubes fully insulated where they attach to the downpipes.

- A valve on each side muffler; the valve housings and the active X-connection (with its own valve controlling exhaust pulses from both sides) are cast in the in-house foundry
- Carbon fibre/titanium tailpipes, one each side, with a handmade carbon outer sleeve and sandblasted, coated titanium inner
- Acoustically tuned from low rumble to a high-frequency top end, with a sharp rumble on downshifts and no unwanted drone
- Dyno-tested on an RS 6 Avant Performance (C8) against the stock Audi Sport system: +15.7 hp (m) and +17.9 Nm at 6150 rpm, with over 20% weight saving

Note The Link pipe set (SS) L-AU/SS/8/1 is mandatory with the Evolution Line (Titanium) S-AU/T/1H, which is split into two codes because of packaging requirements. If combined with the Downpipe / Link pipe set (SS), L-AU/SS/8/1 is not needed.
Note ECE type approval is valid only for cars with an otto/petrol particulate filter. It is not valid when fitted with the Downpipe / Link pipe set (SS), which also makes ECU remapping mandatory, or with the Akrapovic Sound Kit.
