Belltech is excited to announce our extended lift kit product line for the 2021+ Ford F-150. Our Lift Kits are engineered in the US and aim to be the best-riding lift kit on the market – period. We are the only 7" Lift Kit out there that is adjustable and does not require rack correction! Our Belltech engineers were able to achieve a full 7" lift without requiring rack correction with our innovative, progressive steering stop. Normally, for a full 7" of lift on the F‑150 platform, the lower control arm will interfere with the coil spring at full lock and full droop, requiring a rack correction adapter. With Belltech's proprietary, progressive steering stop this does not happen.
Precisely engineered coilover lift kits include our patented front height-adjustable coilovers designed using high-quality, multi-functional components that are built to last. The front coilovers allow you to customise your vehicle's height so you can dial in the perfect ride height for you. The front coilovers and rear shocks have been completely redesigned for the new F‑150 chassis with multiple improvements to enhance ride quality and handling performance of your truck. Beginning with our new multi-sleeve, vulcanised rubber bushings, we increased the durometer of the rubber and pressed in three metal sleeves with rubber in between each sleeve which improves your ride quality. Our engineers were able to increase the damper forces because the new F‑150 frame design was able to handle more low and high-speed compression.
Our upgraded spindles were purposely engineered to improve strength and reduce weight while enhancing durability. Belltech spindles keep the ball joint angles within spec, replacement ball joints are not required. Many lifted vehicles experience a restricted turning radius. Belltech Lift Kits eliminate this limitation through precise engineering to maintain the factory steering angle.
We include a ¼" thick laser-cut skid plate to protect your ride's front differential when tackling off-road terrain. We include compression arms to increase chassis rigidity, which improves ride quality and handling. Rounding out the front end, we also include a one-piece differential drop-down bracket that maintains proper driveline and axle angles and ¼" thick high-clearance cross-members.
At the rear, durable lift blocks and longer, heavy-duty U-bolts level the truck's stance, re‑centre the wheel in the wheel well and change the pinion angle to prevent driveshaft vibrations. The kits also contain rear bump stop spacers, rear brake line relocation brackets, and high-quality hardware. To complete our suspension system, we include two vehicle-specific, precisely tuned preset Trail Performance lift shocks with large, 2.2" (55mm) damper bodies that hold an increased volume of oil to keep it cool and produce ideal damping and consistent results. Our shock methodology is known to produce an exceedingly smooth ride, reducing the bumpy feelings flawed roads or challenging trails can produce.
