In the "Street Comfort" category, you will find all KW Suspension products that enable an increased level of usability and driving comfort.

KW V2 Comfort

Is your original or retrofitted sports suspension too uncomfortable and unharmonious for the daily drive? KW V2 Comfort coilover suspension kits combine driving dynamics with enhanced driving comfort compared to conventional sports suspensions. You can adjust the handling or driving comfort individually more tightly or comfortably using the integrated rebound damping (TVR-A technology) on request. KW V2 Comfort coilover kits provide the perfect balance between driving dynamics and driving comfort.

KW V3 Leveling

KW V3 Leveling suspensions are the ideal the ideal aftermarket suspension for drivers who are seeking the driving dynamics and comfort of a KW Coilover suspension without the maximum lowering and keeping almost standard floor-clearance, especially for those who drive frequently on poorly developed roads or use their car mainly in urban areas with numerous speed bumps. The progressive suspension springs are designed to give their spring rate a plus in driving comfort.

KW Height-Adjustable Spring kit

Looking to lower your vehicle and enhance the looks of your vehicle without a sacrifice in comfort or dynamics? If your vehicle is equipped with electronically adjustable dampers and you want to continue using these standard features with a stepless and discreet lowering, then KW height-adjustable spring sets are the ideal product for you. Similar to KW coilover suspension, KW coilover springs allow you to lower the suspension directly on your standard suspension.

KW Hydraulic Lift System

KW have developed the Hydraulic Lift System so that you can easily overcome speed bumps or steep ascents in multi-story car parks without any difficulty. At the push of a button, the HLS system lifts vehicles by up to 45 millimetres so any obstacles can be passed easily. The KW HLS system is available for already-installed KW coilover suspensions, selected OEM suspensions, and as a complete suspension system including a KW coilover kit.

KW ESC module

Vehicles optioned with adaptive suspension damping systems are every time more popular, but these often have to be replaced by costly OEM dampers due to a defect or increased wear and represent an obstacle to stepless lowering. To ensure that you still benefit from more driving pleasure in the form of an aftermarket coilover suspension or sports suspension, KW have developed the KW ESC module (decommissioning kits). The modules exclusively deactivate all standard damper control functions while retaining all comfort functions.

KW STREET PERFORMANCE

Under the "Street Performance" category are found all KW coilover suspension kits for maximum lowering that, depending on the coilover kit, enable you to adjust compression and rebound forces individually to your personal driving requirements in a more comfortable or sportier way.

KW V1 Coilover kit

KW V1 coilovers allow you to a technically maximum possible lowering in a tested frame infinitely variable. The KW dampers used have a vehicle-specific, permanently configured setup with a sporty, harmonious tuning so that you can experience an optimum balance between sportiness and everyday driving suitability. The dampers operate with a sporty characteristic curve even with a full payload and maximum axle loads.

KW V2 Coilover kit

KW V2 coilovers offer you a technically maximum possible and individually adjustable lowering with the possibility to further adjust the KW vehicle-specific and sporty-harmonious pre-set damper setup. The manual adjustment of the dampers allows you to adjust the tuning in just a few simple steps. Thanks to the KW "TVR-A" technology, with 16 exact clicks you can influence the handling and driving comfort to give your car a firmer or sportier driving behaviour if desired.

KW V3 Coilover kit

KW V3 Coilovers are KW's best-selling coilover suspension kit worldwide. Featuring "TVR-A" and "TVC-A" technology to separately adjust compression and rebound forces, the dampers allow you to further adjust the vehicle-specific pre-set damping setup to your driving needs while allowing you to directly influence the steering behaviour, directional stability, tire grip and handling for safe controllability at the limits. If you are looking for a performance-oriented driving experience with maximum and individual lowering for the daily drive without sacrificing comfort, then the KW V3 is the ideal suspension for you.

KW V4 Coilover kit

KW V4 coilovers adapt one of KW's racing technology for everyday road use while providing your high-performance vehicle with enhanced everyday suitability. The three-way adjustable highperformance dampers allow you to independently adjust the rebound damping (KW "TVR-A" technology) as well as separately tunable lowspeed and high-speed compression damping (KW "TVCLH-A" technology). KW V4 Coilovers come with a vehicle-specific performance setting for your sports car. With the adjustable dampers, you can switch to a comfort setting with the integrated setting adjusters if desired. Depending on the vehicle-specific design and axle geometry, KW V4 Coilovers have aluminium unibal support bearings.

KW V5 Coilover kit

KW V5 coilovers are based on KW's successful GT3 "KW Solid Piston Technology" and modular and series-connected damper valves. The KW V5 coilover kit impresses in sports cars and super sports cars with precise and fast damping without any lag. Even with short suspension travel, steering movements and minimal uneven road surfaces, the dampers and valves react directly so every driving manoeuvre and every impulse, such as those caused by braking, accelerating, steering, load changes and bumps, are dampened much more precisely. The displacement piston dampers support the car more optimally than conventional dampers

KW DDC Coilover kit

KW DDC Coilover Suspension kits combine the advantages of an adaptive damping system with a stylish and sporty lowering depending on your driving needs. Available for over 300 vehicles, the adaptive KW Coilover Suspension Kits are come as KW DDC plug&play for vehicles with electronically controlled shocks and as KW DDC ECU with an optional Smartphone app control for vehicles without actively controlled shocks

KW TRACK PERFORMANCE

Under the KW "Track Performance" category, you will find the ideal suspension technology for your street legal sports car or full adjustable racing shocks for your race car, either if you take part in track days or you participate in professional motorsport events.

KW V3 Clubsport Coilover kit

KW V3 Clubsport coilovers are perfectly adapted to the Nordschleife, and allows you to individually adjust your sports car to the desired street-tire setup due to the numerous setting options, even in the basic setup. The dampers allow you to separately adjust rebound and compression stage with their “TVR-A” and “TVC-A” technology to finetune the damper setup to directly influence the steering behaviour, directional stability, tire grip and handling for a safe controllability at the limits. Depending on the vehicle type, KW V3 Clubsport coilovers are supplied with aluminium unibal top mounts.

KW V4 Clubsport Coilover kit

KW V4 Clubsport coilovers in their vehicle-specific basic setup, were developed in numerous test drives and measurement runs on the Nordschleife and the KW 7-post rig. The suspension can be further adapted via the click dial to the wheel loads, vehicle weight and altered body rigidity due to a bolted cage, welded safety cell or strut brace. For a more comfortable trip on the highway to the race track, simply reduce the rebound forces via the rebound stage damping. Supported by aluminium unibal top mounts, KW V4 Clubsport coilovers were the racing suspension technology used by the multiple overall winner of the Nürburgring 24h-Race

KW V5 Clubsport Coilover Kit

KW developed it's KW V5 Clubsport coilovers using the Nordschleife and the 7-post rig as testing grounds. Wheel loads, vehicle weight and chassis reinforcements (increased body stiffness) can all be considered within the adjustment capabilities of the KW V5 Clubsport kit. Similar to KW V5 Racing coilovers, low-speed and high-speed compression and rebound adjustment is done via KW's solid piston technology, which allows you to individually adjust the compression and rebound damping with 14 exact clicks (14 characteristic curves) each speed range. In contrast to traditional shocks with valves in the inner tube, KW coilovers and KW dampers with Solid Piston use a valve arrangement that is separate from the damper inner tube and piston rod.

KW Clubsport Toe Link kit

Extended toe adjustment range for best track performance at maximum camber features Sealed Hirschmann Automotive uniball joints and include technical component report while being user-friendly thanks to right/left-hand thread.

KW High-Performance Racing Springs

KW high-performance racing springs are made from specially alloyed and tempered spring steel for increased endurance and enable new spring constructions with reduced wire diameter, therefore making the KW High-Performance Racing Springs 30% more efficient than conventional racing springs.
